The coastguard helicopter has been called to an incident at Par Docks this morning (Thursday, January 30). The chopper was spotted over Par Moor Road at around 8.45am.
Police officers and ambulances are also reportedly in the area near St Austell. Video footage shows the coastguard helicopter above the docks.

Air ambulance called
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 08:27hrs on Thursday 30 January to an incident near St Austell. We sent a double-crewed land ambulance, an air ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and an operations officer to the scene.”
Man found dead
Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called at around 8.10am today, to Harbour Road, Par, following a report of a body in the harbour.
"Sadly, the man was confirmed deceased and his next of kin have been informed. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
